How easy is it to Cancel?
Easy as Pie and in less time it takes to let the dog out!
You can cancel your account at any time! It is fast and easy. It simply takes 60 seconds to cancel. When you join the Special Membership Plan you are provided with a SUBSCRIPTION ID NUMBER on your payment receipt. The payment receipt contains your Subscription ID Number and complete proof of purchase of your transaction for your files. To Cancel your Special or recurring monthly membership Membership you simply do the following:
Simply call the toll free number 866-609-iPAY - you will have your cancelletion handled by a live operator 24/7. This number is also provided on your payment receipt (and on your account login job posting page) and provide the friendly representative who answers the phone with either your SUBSCRIBER ID NUMBER or simply the credit card number being charged.
That’s IT! As agreed during the registration process (terms and conditions acceptance acknowledgement is required to process and complete every registration. If the terms and conditions are not accepted a registration cannot be generated and an account activated.)
Every member/registrant receives a confirmation email with proof of cancellation for your records. Our system is instantly updated as well as the PayByTouch system. All cancellations occur instantly with your cancellation confirmed and dated for your records.
Special membership plans allow for cancellation at any time, there are no obligations or hidden costs. Your account is cancelled the day you cancel but you still get to use the remaining time in your current 30-day period you already paid for. So you can join Monday and cancel Monday and still use the Special plan for the full 30-day period.
