Reoccurring billing-  'Special' and 'Monthly' membership plans.

Terms and conditions for reoccurring memberships:

1. Until such time as this Agreement is terminated in accordance with its provisions, Subscriber agrees to pay his/her/its subscription fee by credit card (or other approved facility or mechanism), and hereby authorizes Preferred Jobs to charge Subscriber's credit card (or other approved facility or mechanism) for the ongoing subscription fee, and for any and all purchases or products and/or services purchased by Subscriber from the Service.

2. Subscriber agrees to immediately inform Preferred Jobs of any of the following changes in his/her/its credit card account: Change in home or billing address; card loss or theft, or unauthorized usage of the card; apparent breach of security of Subscriber ID or password, such that unauthorized access to the Service via the card is possible. Unless Subscriber gives proper notice to Preferred Jobs of same, Subscriber will remain liable to ATC Inc. for any and all charges for unauthorized use of the Service.

3. Subscriber's subscription to the Service will be automatically renewed for the original term upon expiration of such term, unless Preferred Jobs or our authorized service provider iPAY.com is notified via the account cancellation form located inside your member account workstation page using your assigned employer number and password provided on your enrollment confirmation email when joining. This is subject to two exceptions:

  • Membership will not be renewed if subscriber cancels within prescribed 30 day period. A cancellation confirmation number is emailed. You may be required to provide proof of such cancellation do not discard your cancellation confirmation number. Memberships MUST be cancelled within the current 30 day period prior to the next 30 day increment period to avoid further billing.

  • Cancellation for trial and full membership may ONLY be accomplished via your online Preferred Jobs membership account page, calling the toll free number provided on your payment receipt (generated by iPAY processing system) or visiting the iPAY customer servoce website www.ipaycs.com and entering either the subscriber ID number provided on your payment receipt or the credit card number being charged. Cancellations generate a proof of cancellation receipt for the account holders records and cancellations are logged in the account holders record for audit and validation. You may access the area by logging on into your membership log in page and on your membership page you enter your subscription ID number that is provided to you upon registration. Upon cancellation of your account, you will receive a Cancellation Confirmation Number for your records. Note: Preferred Jobs does not collect, maintain or hold any consumer credit card information on it's servers or software, Preferred Jobs uses a independant 3rd party biller/processor.

4. Subscription to the Service may be terminated at any time, and without cause, by either Preferred Jobs or the Subscriber upon notification of the other by electronic or conventional mail, or by telephone; provided, however, that subscription fees paid as of the date of termination are NOT refundable when termination is requested by a Subscriber. Subscribers are liable for charges incurred by them until termination of service.

Monthly Membership cancellations. You must cancel your monthly or special membership from inside your  account profile workstation. Every registration generates a Employer ID number and password. You must log on to your account using the ID number and password, then locate the link described and highlighted as "Membership  Cancellation". This link creates a cancellation email that is sent to our support staff with notice of the intention to cancel membership. Memberships are renewed within a 30 day cycle of date joined/enrolled. Cancellations will take effect in the following 30 day period. The current 30 day period will be fully billed, but no following periods shall be charged upon notification in writing and verbal confirmation in return from the support staff. Any disputes or corrections should be addressed to our support staff via email or toll free phone numbers located on through-out the site. Cancellation requests will be honored upon written notification and verification via phone contact. 

Recurring Membership Plans: 1. Payment Obligation and Credit Card Authorization. You are responsible for paying any and all charges relating to your Premium Service account, including without limitation, periodic subscription fees (the initial fee and automatic renewals). You grant ATC Inc./Preferred Jobs permission to charge your credit card (or other approved facility) to pay for all such charges. The subscription fee will be billed at the beginning of your subscription and on each annual, quarterly or monthly renewal thereafter, dependant on the original subscription term selected at registration, unless you cancel at least 10 days prior to the renewal date pursuant to the process set forth below.
2. Renewal and Cancellation of Your Subscription. You grant ATC Inc./Preferred Jobs permission to automatically renew your subscription and charge your account up to five (5) days prior to the day on which your subscription is scheduled to end. However, you may "opt out" of this automatic renewal by visiting The Support Center (http://support.ATC Inc./Preferred Jobs.com) and canceling on your own or by using our online form to notify ATC Inc./Preferred Jobs. ATC Inc./Preferred Jobs will cancel your account upon receipt of such notification from you. All fees, charges and sales are final. Once charged to your credit card, the payments are nonrefundable, except in cases of demonstrated fraud, which will be determined at ATC Inc./Preferred Jobs's sole discretion. You acknowledge that canceling your subscription will not immediately terminate access to the Premium Services. Your subscription will remain open until the paid period expires. You acknowledge and agree that the authorization to charge your credit card or other payment mechanism for the Premium Services shall automatically transfer to any successors or assATC Inc./Preferred Jobss of the Premium Service for substantially similar services at the same website. You may not assATC Inc./Preferred Jobs or transfer your subscription to any other person or entity. You must be at least 18 years old (or have the permission of a credit card holder who is) to subscribe for Premium Services.
Payment must be made by a major credit card accepted by ATC Inc./Preferred Jobs, check, PayPal, or money order (U.S. dollars only). If ATC Inc./Preferred Jobs does not receive payment from the credit card issuer or its agent, you agree to pay all amounts due upon our demand. Your card issuer agreement governs your use of your desATC Inc./Preferred Jobsated card in connection with the Premium Service, and you must refer to that agreement and not the TOS to determine your rights and liabilities as a cardholder. YOU, AND NOT ATC Inc./Preferred Jobs, ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ANY AMOUNTS BILLED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD BY A THIRD PARTY EVEN IF THEY WERE NOT AUTHORIZED BY YOU. ATC Inc./Preferred Jobs RESERVES THE RIGHT, AT ANY TIME, TO CHANGE ITS FEES AND BILLING METHODS, INCLUDING THE ADDITION OF SUPPLEMENTAL FEES OR SEPARATE CHARGES FOR CONTENT, OR SERVICES PROVIDED BY ATC Inc./Preferred Jobs, EFFECTIVE THIRTY (30) DAYS AFTER AN ONLINE POSTING AT ATC Inc./Preferred Jobs. ATC Inc./Preferred Jobs MAY ADDITIONALLY PROVIDE NOTICE OF BILLING CHANGES VIA EMAIL. If any such change is unacceptable to you, you may cancel your Subscription Service by visiting The Support Center (http://support.ATC Inc./Preferred Jobs.com). However, canceling will not immediately terminate access to your Premium Service account and ATC Inc./Preferred Jobs will not refund the remaining portion of your subscription. The subscription will remain open until the paid period expires. YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THE PREMIUM SERVICE FOLLOWING THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF A CHANGE TO SUCH FEES AND BILLING METHODS SHALL CONSTITUTE YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF SUCH CHANGE. ATC Inc./Preferred Jobs IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR FAILURE TO CANCEL YOUR SUBCRIPTION EITHER IN WRITING BY EMAIL, FAX, OR LETTER ON OR THROUGH THE WEB SITE. YOU AGREE AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ATC Inc./Preferred Jobs SHALL NOT BE REPONSIBLE FOR ANY ADJUSTMENTS, REFUNDS OR ACCOUNT OVERSIGHTS THAT YOU HAVE NOT SUBMITTED TO ATC Inc./Preferred Jobs THROUGH THE SUPPORT CENTER WITHIN 60 DAYS OF SUCH OCCURANCE OR LACK THEREOF. There shall be no refunds, except in demonstrated cases of credit card fraud (as determined by ATC Inc./Preferred Jobs at its sole discretion) or under the terms agreed to when purchasing a product or service as agreed to during the payment process. You understand and agree that as a result of processing a refund ATC Inc./Preferred Jobs incurs certain administrative costs, and that the fees below are a fair and accurate assessment of those costs. Should a refund be permitted, all refunds (except those due to demonstrated instances of credit card fraud) are subject to a "restocking" fee (which also applies to digital products), currently as follows:
Subscriptions: $5 per charge refunded
3. Termination of Your Subscription. You acknowledge that ATC Inc./Preferred Jobs, in its sole discretion, may terminate your ID, password, account (or any part thereof) or use of the Premium Service for a variety of reasons, including, without limitation, if ATC Inc./Preferred Jobs believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the TOS or any other agreement referred to in the TOS. ATC Inc./Preferred Jobs may also, in its sole discretion, at any time discontinue providing the Premium Service, or any part thereof, with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to the Premium Service under any provision of the TOS may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that ATC Inc./Preferred Jobs may immediately deactivate or delete your account and/or bar any further access to the Premium Service. If your account is terminated by ATC Inc./Preferred Jobs, it will not be automatically renewed and access will be terminated, without refund. Further, you agree that ATC Inc./Preferred Jobs shall not be liable to you or any third-party for termination of your access to the Premium Service. YOU AGREE AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ATC Inc./Preferred Jobs SHALL NOT REPONSIBLE FOR ANY ADJUSTMENTS, REFUNDS OR ACCOUNT OVERSIGHTS PAST THE 60th DAY OF SUCH OCCURANCE OR LACK THEREOF.
4. Trial Memberships. ATC Inc./Preferred Jobs occasionally offers promotional trial memberships to its Premium Services at special discounted prices. If you sATC Inc./Preferred Jobs up for a trial membership, you will be automatically renewed at the normal subscription rate for the Premium Service at the end of the trial period, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial. You must cancel prior to the end of your trial to avoid charges to your credit card. We will continue to bill your credit card for the Premium Service at the standard Premium Service rate and renewal term thereafter, dependant on the original subscription term selected at registration, until you cancel. For information about canceling your subscription, visit the Support Center (http://support.ATC Inc./Preferred Jobs.com).
5. Subscriber Information. You agree to provide and maintain true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Premium Service registration process. You must promptly inform ATC Inc./Preferred Jobs of any of the following: changes in the expiration date of any credit card used in connection with the Premium Service; changes in home or billing address; and apparent breaches of security, such as loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure or use of an ID or password. You agree to notify ATC Inc./Preferred Jobs immediately upon learning of any potential breach of your Premium Service account.
6. Use Restriction. The material on the Services is for the private, non-commercial enjoyment of Subscribers only. Any other use is strictly prohibited. ATC Inc./Preferred Jobs spends a great deal of time and money to obtain the information appearing on our sites. You agree that you will not copy, publish, or in any way make available publicly any news, pictures, interviews, features, or any other information, content or materials from the Services, without express written permission from ATC Inc./Preferred Jobs. You agree that if you do so, ATC Inc./Preferred Jobs reserves the right to cancel your subscription immediately without refund. Additionally, reuse of copyrighted information (including but not limited to pictures, interviews, features, videos, audio, etc.) will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Membership accounts -  location policy:

Each individual membership account (a single Employer ID number is considered a individual membership account - single place holder account) is valid only for the company location used at registration and is  displayed in the membership account address field. Recruiters for that location only can use the account. Branches outside of the membership physical location/ address used at registration time are not permitted to use the employer id number (membership account)  that requires a new and separate membership account be established by the separate and different location registering for the new membership plan. If a company allows multiple company locations to logon to our properties through the same membership account, Preferred Jobs maintains the right to charge the other locations for the access to our resources and password protected properties/services through the single employer id number / account. As denoted a employer ID number is established once a membership account is established through the registration process as conducted and completed by the account holder/ employer. That employer ID number constitutes a single membership account and only the registrant and the users located at the membership accounts physical address are entitled to use the single membership accounts employer id number.

Conditions Upon Your Use:

As a condition of your use of this Website, you irrevocably represent, warrant and agree that you will not use this Website for any purpose that is unlawful, libelous, infringes intellectual property rights or in violation of the terms set forth herein.

Subscriber hereby swears and affirms under oath, warrants and represents that he/she is at least eighteen (18) years of age (21 in some jurisdictions) and has the legal capacity to enter into agreements of this nature. Preferred Jobs makes no representation or warranty that the content published on Preferred Jobs complies with the local laws of your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for knowing and understanding your local laws concerning standards of content legality for purposes of obscenity laws. You further represent and warrant that you understand the nature of the content published on Preferred Jobs , and that you voluntarily and knowingly choose to view such material, and that such material does not offend your sensibilities. Should you be unable to affirmatively make the representations and warranties contained herein, do NOT subscribe to this Service.

Job Posting:

1. All jobs listed on Preferred Jobs Inc. websites must represent full-time, salaried positions. Postings promoting any franchise, distributorship, or other business opportunity that requires an up-front or periodic payment, pays commissions only, or requires recruitment of other members are strictly prohibited.
2. Each posting will represent ONE career opportunity. Multiple job postings under one listing are subject to rejection by the publisher.
3. Each posting shall not contain the following: any copyrighted material unless you are the copyright owner or have permission of the copyright owner to post it; any material that is considered discriminatory, obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, and/or abusive; and any material that contains verbiage or images that are sexually explicit. All job postings are subject to publisher’s approval.
4. Preferred Jobs Inc. shall not be responsible for the accuracy of information and shall not verify, review, or revise information prior to posting. Preferred Jobs Inc.  makes no warranty, guarantee, or representation with respect to candidate’s capabilities or qualifications.
5. Upon meeting all payment requirements, each listing will be posted within one business day and stay up for four weeks, subject to the above conditions.
6. This service is provided for the convenience of its users. Preferred Jobs Inc. is not an employment agency, an employer, or union; Preferred Jobs Inc. is not acting for or on behalf of any employment agency, recruiter, employer, or candidate. Preferred Jobs Inc. is simply providing a medium through which those seeking employment and those seeking employees may contact one another.
7.Editing and Deletions
The Service Provider reserves the right, but undertakes no duty, to review, edit, move, or delete any material provided for display or placed on the Site or its bulletin boards, in its sole discretion, without notice.

7. Member accounts are voluntarily entered into by the account holder. The account holder is expressly responsible for the job content posted. Preferred Jobs Inc. does not monitor or approve job posting content. Reported abuse of the terms and conditions and posting of inappropriate job content can cause purging of the account holders jobs and account. Continued abuse will result in the reporting of the abusive account holder to the appropriate government bodies responsible for consumer protections.

8. Posting any franchise, pyramid scheme, "club membership", distributorship or sales representative agency arrangement or other business opportunity which requires an up front or periodic payment, pays commissions only (no significant salary) or requires recruitment of others is prohibited.

Summary: Organizations charging a fee to job seekers are prohibited from using this system. Password use will be monitored and, if found to be comprised, Preferred Jobs Inc. will immediately block access to system and seek financial remedy. Preferred Jobs Inc. may only be used for lawful purposes by people seeking employment and employers seeking employees. Users agree that they will not use the system for any purpose or in any manner that is restricted or prohibited by terms herein. It is the responsibility of all users to ensure that use of this system complies with all terms.
Your use of this system requires that you not:
1. Input any inaccurate information.
2. Represent yourself as another person/party
3. Transmit information that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, vulgar, hateful, ethnically offensive or otherwise objectionable.
4. Post information that contains a virus.
5. Violate any laws.
6. Infringe on any trademark or copyrights.
